In-Ground Trampolines

Why Bury Your Trampoline?

In-ground trampolines can provide a safer, more aesthetically pleasing, low maintenance, long lasting way for families to get outside and have fun creating memories together.

Safety

Inground trampolines greatly reduce the risk of falling or a high jump related injury. The ground level access is very desirable for families with younger kids as it allows the kids more freedom to enjoy the trampoline and require less parent assistance getting on and off.

Aesthetics

In-ground trampolines are more aesthetically pleasing in your landscape. Installing your trampoline in the ground keeps the trampoline, for the most part, out of sight rather than sticking up and drawing attention.

Low Maintenance

Installing your trampoline in the ground makes for easier maintenance in your yard. It is easier to mow your lawn and do other landscape maintenance. In-ground trampolines are also more convenient to maintain, as they are more protected from the elements resulting in less corroding or rusting.

Long Lasting

In-ground trampolines have a longer lifespan than your traditional above ground trampoline. They are built with durable steel frames and are more protected from the elements. Installing your trampoline in the ground helps maintain their high quality for more extended periods of time.

Installation Process

Before Getting Started

When you request a free quote and have your initial consultation, we will walk you through the entire process and give you an estimated time frame for the completion of your project. We will answer any questions you have and review the different trampoline options that are available for you to choose from.

Taking Measurements

We will begin by measuring out the excavation site in the desired spot you have chosen. The diameter will be slightly larger than the diameter of your trampoline so that we can ensure the trampoline will fit perfectly once the excavation is complete.

Excavation

Once we have mapped out the measurements for the hole, we will begin digging. The exact depth of the hole will depend on the size of your trampoline.

Assembling The Trampoline

We will assemble your trampoline so that it is ready to be put in place.

Installing the Retaining Wall

We will assemble and install the retaining wall into the hole. This will ensure the dirt along the hole doesn't collapse in under your trampoline creating an unsafe situation for your family.

Backfilling and Ground Leveling

We will put some of the original dirt back in the bottom of the hole at the base of the retaining wall to help secure it in place. We will also level the ground to prepare for the final placement of the trampoline. For a cleaner look, we will fill back in the dirt just around the retaining wall and outer rim of the trampoline frame.

Placing the Trampoline

The final step is to place the assembled in-ground trampoline into the hole. We will double check to make sure the ground is level and the correct depth before securing the trampoline in place. If the trampoline kit comes with a vented pad, we will install it at this time. Once this step is complete, you are ready to jump!
